Soroptimism offers women a non party-political forum in which to discuss local, national or international issues, exchange ideas, meet new people and contribute to society. Meetings may involve a speaker or a meal, but are always held in a stimulating and friendly environment.

At club level:

Soroptimism challenges thinking on current social topics, widens understanding of local, national and international issues and provides a platform from which to lobby and influence decision making. To this end clubs often choose an annual project for ..lobbying ..fundraising..action!


WHO ARE OUR MEMBERS?

Women working in a management or professional capacity, or in an occupation with similar status or responsibility. There are also qualified women starting out on their careers, taking a career break or who are no longer working.
